How to delete your data

1. How to request deletion

You have two options:

• Write to us at hola@xerix.ar from the email associated with your data, with the subject "Data deletion".
• Or fill out the contact form on the site indicating that you want to delete your data.
• So we can locate your information, include the contact detail you used to interact with us (for example, your email or phone number).

2. What we delete

We delete the personal data we hold associated with your request: messages, contact details and interaction history, except for what the law requires us to keep.

3. How long it takes

We process and confirm deletion within 5 business days, in accordance with Law 25.326.

4. If you are a customer of a business that uses Xerix

When a business uses Xerix to serve you, that business is the controller of your data and Xerix acts as a processor on its behalf. You may direct your request to that business; either way, if you write to us, we route the request.
