1. Purpose

Xerix is a multi-channel commercial intelligence product operated by Rodrigo Alejandro Camacho (CUIT 20-29328374-6). These terms govern access to and use of the xerix.ar website, which is informational and lets you request a demo or contact us.

The use of the Xerix product by a business is governed by a separate commercial agreement.

2. Permitted use

You may use the site to learn about Xerix and to contact us. You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties.
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Extract content automatically (scraping) or replicate the site without authorization.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content —text, design, the Xerix brand, code and graphic elements— belongs to its owner and is protected by law. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

You acquire no rights over these elements merely by using the site.

4. Integrations and third-party trademarks

Xerix integrates with third-party platforms, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform. Xerix is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Any reference to these trademarks is solely to describe the integration.

5. No warranties

THE SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING —WITHOUT LIMITATION— THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site or the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable. The information on the site does not constitute professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rodrigo Alejandro Camacho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, loss of data or loss of opportunities, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the service.

In any case, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amounts actually paid for the service in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; if no payments were made, it is limited to ten thousand Argentine pesos (ARS 10,000).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and, at our option, defend Rodrigo Alejandro Camacho from any third-party claim, demand, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use of the site or the service in violation of these terms or the law; (ii) the data or content you provide or process through the service; or (iii) the breach of your obligations or representations.

If you use Xerix to serve your own customers, you are responsible for having the necessary authorizations and consents from those individuals to process their data, and you hold us harmless from any claim arising from their absence.

8. External links

The site may include links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts as determined by law.
